Originally founded in the late 1970’s, the Edmonton Caribbean Cultural Association (ECCA) was the first organization in Edmonton geared towards curating and spreading the culture of the islands within our city. With the continued growth of the Caribbean community in Edmonton, ECCA has become the central hub for information on the community, and also has a renewed mandate to support the various associations within our capital city.
